Single-pass and Double-pass Osmosis FG OSM SP/DP

Fully digital single-pass or double-pass reverse osmosis units, whose features are identical to those of compact plants, equipped with pressure, flow rate and conductivity sensors together with an online chlorine sensor. The equipment units are expandable within their same structures from 250 l/hr to 1250 l/hr and from 1250 l/hr to 2750 l/hr.

Sterilization Unit FG UE 3000

Unit intended for the online sterilization of osmosis water by using ozone and UV. It produces water free from bacteria, pyrogens and endotoxins. Its additional function is the automatic, interdialytic ozone sterilization of the distribution loop, thus preventing the use of chemical products with their subsequent rinsing and human intervention.

Compact Water Treatment Plant FG TP 100

Portable water treatment intended for acute dialysis that contains both pre-treatment and reverse osmosis. Fully digital and soundproof. It assists up to three dialysis equipment units. It is connected directly to the drinking water system and does not require a stock tank connected to the dialysis equipment unit/s.

Bicarbonate Dissolutor FG MBO 300

Sanitary bicarbonate dilutor made of AISI 304 L/ 316 L stainless steel. It homogenizes the solution by means of a highly efficient static mixer and sterilizes it with ozone. It measures digital conductivity and is equipped with a high and low conductivity alarm. Available models with 200, 300 and 550 liter capacity.

Acidic Solution Dissolutor FG DSA 450

Acidic solution dilutor with surfaces in contact with the product made of medium and high density polyethylene and PVC, which ensures product integrity. It dissolves salts by means of a highly efficient static mixer. It is equipped with pH and conductivity controls together with their respective high and low alarms. 450 liter capacity.

Filter Reprocessing Device FG RF 5.1

Fully digital filter reprocessing device. Cleaning is performed with pressure and flow rate being calibrated by both chambers, residual volume measurement, fiber integrity testing, preservative loading without previous dilution and associated software for reprocessed filter records.
